People ruin pictures

A lady at work asked me to take her engagement pictures at the Botanical Gardens (honestly...people don't seem to realize there are other places to have pictures done in the area) and I refuse to post any pictures of her that I took because as the saying that Dan has recently coined goes: PEOPLE RUIN PICTURES.

So instead, I post pretty pictures of nature.

Man can ruin nature, but nature can never ruin man's pictures.

...unless man drops it in a river, then it is ruined...

Anyway, these are definitely the best pictures I've taken, to date. Yay! :)

Lame Banquets...

All the pictures I took at the actual banquet suck (stupid people ruin pictures)

But we went to the Gaylord Hotel in Grapevine afterwords and I got some okay pictures there...

I love that all my pictures taken on Easter Sunday had absolutely nothing to do with the holiday, religious or otherwise.

Nihon Haru Matsuri!

There are two Japanese Festivals held every year, one in the Spring and one in the Fall. I have gone to each one with my brother for the past couple years and it's even become a sort of tradition....

Some times other friends will come with us, but this year it was time for some good ol' "sibling bonding" :)
