Lancaster Ave.

Where the homeless people of Fort Worth live...

The decaying Train Station and half-abandoned Post office offer quite a buffet of rust and chipped paint.

Hwy 199

I have gone down this road my entire life, seeing each of these businesses thrive and fail. Both my grandparents lived off the highway within 45 seconds of each other so anytime we went to either of their houses, I saw these signs. Restaurants, hotels, and stores that have been here since my mom was my age.
Here on Highway 199
Or Jacksboro Highway
Or Henderson Street
Whatever you want to call it...

Best Mexican in Texas mmm....

The first time I ever saw a mushroom was at this restaurant.
My cousin and I dissected it.

Memorial Day

Ahh good quality family time. Lots of food, lots of fun, and lots of love.

People ruin pictures

A lady at work asked me to take her engagement pictures at the Botanical Gardens (honestly...people don't seem to realize there are other places to have pictures done in the area) and I refuse to post any pictures of her that I took because as the saying that Dan has recently coined goes: PEOPLE RUIN PICTURES.

So instead, I post pretty pictures of nature.

Man can ruin nature, but nature can never ruin man's pictures.

...unless man drops it in a river, then it is ruined...

Anyway, these are definitely the best pictures I've taken, to date. Yay! :)

Lame Banquets...

All the pictures I took at the actual banquet suck (stupid people ruin pictures)
